We work closely with our staff to provide mentorship opportunities, evidence-based training, and team-based peer support.
To help our people grow, we work with our staff to develop individual professional development plans that consider their individual skills, experience, education, and interests. When positions become available, we post them internally, and preferentially promote from within.

Back in Motion Rehab has a reputation as an industry leader that provides innovative employment and rehabilitation solutions.
We undergo a rigorous accreditation process by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) to ensure our services and facilities meet industry standards. Currently, many of our services are accredited, such as our Occupational Rehabilitation 2 Program, Head Injury Assessment and Treatment Services, and Skills Connect.
