Best Workplace Award
Back in Motion is very pleased to report that for the third consecutive year we have been placed in the top 50 on the Best Workplaces in Canada list. The Great Place to Work® Institute Canada made the announcement of the 2008 list of “Best Workplaces in Canada” in a Special National Report in The Globe and Mail on April 28, 2008. www.greatplacetowork.ca/best/list-ca-2008.htm
As in previous years (2006, 2007) Back in Motion’s employees have found our company to have great camaraderie, approachable and competent management, and a strong sense of pride. People are treated fairly, care about one another, and value work-life balance.
Our ranking reflects that across all the dimensions (questions that the Great Place to Work Institute surveyed) employees at Back in Motion reported scores suggesting their satisfaction around the 90% mark. Management takes information provided by this survey very seriously. It is used as one measure of our Workplace “pulse or climate” at BiM and helps guide management to identify areas where we could improve.
Ninety-two percent of Back in Motion staff members endorsed the following statement:
“Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”
