
Duties include but are not limited to:Working with clients through Discovery to identify individualized job goals, which are negotiated based on the needs, strengths, and interest of the jobseeker.Securing meaningful paid employment within the communityEducating employers regarding HR issues around persons with disabilities, including how to successfully integrate a person with a disability into the work environment, identifying workplace barriers and educating staff regarding the nature of the disability if necessary.Providing onsite job coaching when necessary
