Independent Medical Examination (IME)
An independent medical evaluation (IME) is an objective, impartial assessment
of the client’s diagnosis, physical impairment(s) and prognosis for recovery. Based on a comprehensive review of the history, a detailed interview process and an objective medical evaluation, the examining physician provides a detailed report.
